Meet the Team
Dr. Amit Srivastav is the Founder and Managing Director of ArshGyan LLP, bringing multidisciplinary expertise in aerospace engineering, artificial intelligence, system engineering, and business strategy. He has over 55 patents and trade secrets. Holding a PhD (Hon.), MBA from BITS, Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, and a Diploma in Chiropractic Therapy (DCT), he combines strong technical knowledge with strategic leadership. He leads the company's vision of developing AI-powered solutions for Healthcare, Industry 4.0, and Aerospace, driving innovation through advanced technologies, domain expertise, and customer-centric engineering. Under his leadership, ArshGyan focuses on delivering intelligent, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions.
Captain (Retd.) Pradeep Kumar Arora is an accomplished aviation and operations leader with over four decades of experience across military aviation and the global aerospace industry. A former Indian Navy fighter pilot, he served for 26 years in frontline carrier-based aviation, pilot training, and defence procurement before transitioning to Honeywell, where he led the establishment of a pioneering 24×7 Flight Operations Support Centre in India supporting global customers. Renowned for strategic leadership, operational excellence, customer engagement, and team development, he has consistently delivered high-performance outcomes in complex environments. He is passionate about mentoring talent, driving innovation, and building resilient, customer-centric organisations.
Ravindra Pratap Rai is an aviation safety and regulatory professional with over 16 years of experience in flight safety, airworthiness, quality management, aviation security, and regulatory affairs. An Aeronautical Engineer by qualification, he has held key positions with DGCA and leading aviation organisations, driving compliance, safety management systems, aircraft airworthiness, pilot training, and regulatory approvals. Recognised for his analytical approach, collaborative leadership, and operational excellence, he consistently delivers regulatory compliance, safety assurance, and organisational performance in complex aviation environments.
Rishi Kollu is a Data Scientist at ArshGyan LLP, specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and medical imaging solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence from Anurag University. With hands-on experience in developing AI-powered healthcare applications, he has built end-to-end solutions for colorectal abnormality detection, diabetic retinopathy classification, and medical dataset analysis using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PostgreSQL, and Streamlit. He is passionate about applying AI to solve real-world challenges across healthcare, aerospace, and emerging technologies while continuously expanding his expertise in advanced AI and software engineering
Dr. Rasna Azeez Amit is a strategic technology leader, AI researcher, and business transformation expert with over two decades of global experience across aerospace, AI/ML, Industry 4.0, healthcare, and intelligent systems. A Ph.D. from IIT Hyderabad, she has led innovation, product engineering, digital transformation, and organizational excellence across multinational corporations and startups. An award-winning leader, mentor, and STEM advocate, she is passionate about building high-performing teams, advancing technology, and creating sustainable business impact.
